that allows athletes to be tested on a regular basis throughout
the year so that your individual training information (for example,
optimal training heart rate zones, and power output) can be updated
as your fitness improves. If you are to maximise your training
and your race performances, you must have this information. Regular
testing at appropriate times throughout the year can ensure that
your training is based on the right information year round.
